Buses are relatively cheaper than trams. Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife, S.A. or simply TITSA is a local bus company that offers regular service throughout the island. With over 600 vehicles, the company goes around Tenerife every 10-15 minutes on weekdays and every 15-20 minutes on Saturdays and holidays. Tickets are sold at €1.30 per trip.
Getting around Tenerife via a taxi cab is also convenient, although a bit more expensive, option for tourists. Wherever you are in the island taxi cabs are always willing to accommodate you and take you wherever you want in Tenerife.
